Why does the app need access to my location?
Green305 uses your location to display nearby green spaces, calculate distances, and verify check-ins when you visit a location. Your location data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on external servers.
How do I check in at a location?
When you are within approximately 100 meters of a listed green space, the check-in button will become active. Tap the button to record your visit. You may check in once per day at each location.
Why can't I check in even though I'm at the location?
GPS accuracy can vary depending on environmental factors such as buildings, tree coverage, or weather conditions. Try moving to a more open area and wait a few seconds for your location to update. Ensure that location services are enabled for Green305 in your device settings.
How do I get directions to a green space?
Tap on any location to open its detail view, then tap the "Directions" button. This will open Apple Maps with directions to the selected location.
Can I suggest a new location to be added?
Yes. Please email us at help.ghostshot@gmail.com with the location name, address, and a brief description of why it should be included in Green305.
How do I delete my data?
All data (visit history, achievements, preferences) is stored locally on your device. To delete it, uninstall the application or navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Green305 > Delete App.
Is Green305 free to use?
Yes. Green305 is free to download and use, with no advertisements or in-app purchases.
