1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Green305 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Green305 is a mobile application designed to help users discover and explore eco-friendly locations, parks, nature trails, and sustainable businesses throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida. The App provides:

• An interactive map of green spaces and eco-friendly locations
• Location-based check-in functionality
• Information about environmental impact and conservation efforts
• Navigation assistance to listed locations
• Personal exploration tracking and achievements

3. User Responsibilities

By using Green305, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect all parks, nature preserves, and public spaces you visit
• Follow all posted rules, regulations, and guidelines at listed locations
• Practice environmental responsibility and Leave No Trace principles
• Maintain awareness of your surroundings while using the App
• Refrain from using the App while driving or operating vehicles
• Not trespass on private property or enter restricted areas

4. Location Services

Green305 requires access to your device's location services to function properly. By using the App, you acknowledge and understand that:

• Location accuracy depends on your device capabilities and environmental factors
• Check-in verification requires physical presence at the designated location
• You may disable location services at any time through your device settings, though this will limit App functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Green305, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Green305 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the Green305 name, logo, or branding without prior authorization

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of location information, hours of operation, or other content
• That all listed locations will be accessible, open, or available at all times
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App
• The safety, conditions, or suitability of any listed location

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN305, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury or property damage of any nature
• Loss of data or profits
• Damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green305 and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Green305 at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
